I contacted Holbrook Heating after I heard a noise coming from my basement and there was water visible. They stated a contact can be there in 2 hours, and he was. He checked the furnace and water heater and showed me the water heater issue and recommended it being replaced since it was over 10 years old. He quoted me a reasonable price and said installers can be here the next day by 10 a.m., and they were. The installation went smoothly and the installers answered all my questions. I am not used to this exceptional service, so I will certainly use Holbrook in the future.
