I’ll start my review with Mike, their sales person who came to provide my initial consultation and quote. He was excellent—I requested very specific manufacturers for the equipment I wanted, rather than what they might traditionally install, and wasn’t met with pushback or second guessing of my choices in order to “push” me towards a more preferred manufacturer. He fully honored all my requests, and generously made himself available to answer questions and get feedback—including a 9 p.m. text message exchange. Additionally, the scope of work for the job he quoted was substantially greater than another local service provider, and at roughly $5,000 lower cost as well. I am super pleased with both the quality of work completed and the attitude/demeanor of Phil and Kurtis who helped me immensely by actually installing the new boiler and thermostats. They went above and beyond in their work, by discreetly running more wire through my nearly 100-year-old home in order for me to have a fully powered smart thermostat on my second floor so I can zone it separately from the first floor, when the initial plan was simply to use a Wi-Fi thermostat in that location. I’m overjoyed at this fact alone! But they were prompt every day, kept things clean and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They provided a detailed walkthrough of the new equipment after it was installed, and were very pleasant to have in my home. All three of these employees were great, and made this process exceptionally smooth for me. I highly recommend Holbrook (especially Mike, Phil, and Kurtis) and look forward to giving them more of my HVAC business in the future as I need it.

We had an AC system installed in our business by Holbrook a year or so ago. This year, we had issues with it, so we contacted them to address it. While it took a bit to figure out the issue and how to correct it, we were happy with the process, the communication, and the end result. They understood the need for this to happen quickly, and they did the best they could. While the product itself was under warranty, I was a little surprised by the large charges we incurred for service multiple times. I'm not upset by any means, as they have a job to do and need to be paid, but we didn't cause any of the issues that occurred with the system, so it was a little disappointing.

Lennox HVAC system installed and done well. Had an issue when turned on heat for the first time and they came out, diagnosed, and fixed minor issue. Larry is the best! He takes time to really explain and educate! Always does a great job.
