They Came Right Over and Fixed My Furnace
My furnace broke. No heat, needed an inducer motor. They came right over and fixed my furnace, had to make a trip to Syracuse to get the part, and came right back, put the part in, and I had heat. Shout out to Steve, who fixed it, very nice and respectful. Thank you!

Service person Barney came in pleasant, happy, talkative, professional. Placed on shoe covers to protect my home. Understood my situation easily and worked through it. My basement had flooded. Touched the control board of the furnace and needed replacing. He was quick, explanatory, and ensured the furnace is working, and its full stages before leaving did indicate in his notes per verbalization that because of the temperature outside, I may need a service call. Air conditioner, because of my heat pump and it be too cold outside to get it to run, did educate me and went to divert from emergency heat to regular heat. Once the temperature goes up a little bit and because he had to manually program the computer board in my furnace that I may need the service call in the future, which is OK because I plan on calling them this summer anyway to look it over. Very happy with my service. Thank you Holbrook and Barney.
