Holbrook provided courteous, professional, and quick service. We had a central air conditioning issue at 9 p.m. on a Saturday night with renters in my property on Owasco Lake. Holbrook had it fixed and working within 2 hours, and I maintained my 5-star rating. Even though they had a booked month, Holbrook was able to squeeze in an AC cleaning between renters to address any other problems. The unit was cleaned and everything updated as needed. I’ll continue to use them for all of my HVAC issues and maintenance going forward. It’s always difficult to find solid and reliable people to work on my property when I live 4 hours away. I can trust the team at Holbrook.

We have had great service from Holbrook. On our most recent experience, the technician was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and efficient. He got our unit up and running, carefully explaining that the fix was likely temporary and that he would need to return for more thorough testing and repair. All seeming quite appropriate. We've also found helpful people in contacting Holbrook by phone. My only concern is that there seems to be a pullback from our geographic area, with limited technical assistance now available. For now, we are comfortably cool in the sweltering heat.

Holbrook went above and beyond when our AC broke last week! I called after hours, not looking for an emergency appt but to get on the schedule as soon as possible. A very nice guy talked me through changing my furnace filter via text to see if that would help in the meantime. When that didn’t fix the problem, Holbrook sent someone over the next day.
