Super company and I know they will come through and fix my issues! Gary L. came to my house the following day to help with my issue and was super nice. He got me up and running.

Highly Recommend Holbrook
Our installation is only 1 day old, so I can’t give a comprehensive review quite yet. The installers (James and Alex), however, were great. They were fairly young but extremely well-versed in their jobs. I asked a lot of questions and had a few suggestions about the installation. They provided good answers each time and then worked to accommodate my specific requests. They were hardworking, and I was very impressed with their workmanship too. Every conduit or other equipment connected to the house was accurately measured, leveled, and professionally installed. The sales agent (Jeremy) also was straightforward and nice to work with. Holbrook estimated the job, got the City permits, and installed the heat pump unit with 4 heads in less than a month. So far, everything works perfectly, and I highly recommend considering them for your job.

We have had great service from Holbrook. On our most recent experience, the technician was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and efficient. He got our unit up and running, carefully explaining that the fix was likely temporary and that he would need to return for more thorough testing and repair. All seeming quite appropriate. We've also found helpful people in contacting Holbrook by phone. My only concern is that there seems to be a pullback from our geographic area, with limited technical assistance now available. For now, we are comfortably cool in the sweltering heat.

Steve Van E. was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable about our situation. We had a furnace and A/C installed about 3 months ago and needless to say, the new thermostat was not wired correctly for the 2-speed furnace, and it did not run the fan separately.
