🚨 Heat wave plus dead thermostat plus house full of dogs equals my personal version of a reality TV episode.
Enter Holbrook Heating, my heroes of the day. Rob answered the phone like a total pro and got me booked right away. Steve, the tech, called 15 minutes before arriving so I could wrangle the canine circus.
He rolled in just as the house was starting to feel like a sauna. The barking dogs did not even unnerve him; if anything, I think it made him work faster. In an hour, the new thermostat was installed and the cool air was blowing.
Professional. Friendly. Fast. And most importantly… kept me from melting into a puddle on my living room floor.

Holbrook provided courteous, professional, and quick service. We had a central air conditioning issue at 9 p.m. on a Saturday night with renters in my property on Owasco Lake. Holbrook had it fixed and working within 2 hours, and I maintained my 5-star rating. Even though they had a booked month, Holbrook was able to squeeze in an AC cleaning between renters to address any other problems. The unit was cleaned and everything updated as needed. I’ll continue to use them for all of my HVAC issues and maintenance going forward. It’s always difficult to find solid and reliable people to work on my property when I live 4 hours away.
